Asimismo, lidera el equipo administrativo y trabaja en conjunto con la direcci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica para el buen funcionamiento de la escuela.<\/p>\n

Don Joshi, posee una titulaci\u00f3n en Gesti\u00f3n Empresarial, actualmente se encuentra realizando estudios en Gesti\u00f3n y Liderazgo en la Sloan School of Management del Instituto de Tecnolog\u00eda de Massachusetts (MIT). Cuenta con una amplia experiencia de m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os en direcci\u00f3n de empresas relacionadas con el sector de educaci\u00f3n. Su meta es crear oportunidades para que al menos 1 mill\u00f3n de personas vivan una experiencia multiling\u00fce durante su carrera.<\/p>\n

Nacida en Vigo (Espa\u00f1a), es Doctora en Ling\u00fc\u00edstica Aplicada, con especialidad en Metodolog\u00eda y Did\u00e1ctica de ELE, por la Universidad de Vigo (Espa\u00f1a) y licenciada en Filolog\u00eda Hisp\u00e1nica por la misma universidad. Posee adem\u00e1s el M\u00e1ster para la Formaci\u00f3n del Profesorado de Lengua y Literatura Espa\u00f1ola y el Posgrado en Ling\u00fc\u00edstica Aplicada. Es Examinadora DELE en todos los niveles y cuenta con m\u00e1s de 13 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el mundo de ELE.<\/p>\n

Paula ha sido profesora de espa\u00f1ol en universidades de diferentes pa\u00edses: Brasil, Portugal, USA y Polonia. En 2015 fue galardonada con el Premio ASELE<\/u><\/strong> por su tesis doctoral \u201cLa formaci\u00f3n del profesorado de ELE en evaluaci\u00f3n aut\u00e9ntica de competencias\u201d. Cuenta con diferentes publicaciones cient\u00edficas sobre la ense\u00f1anza de competencias, la evaluaci\u00f3n aut\u00e9ntica de ELE y la interpretaci\u00f3n del discurso.<\/p>\n

Actualmente, es Directora Acad\u00e9mica de los centros ELE USAL Bilbao y Barcelona, tareas que compagina con la formaci\u00f3n de profesores y el asesoramiento acad\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n

Born in Venezuela, Gheily is an innovative and empathetic teacher with more than 20 years of teaching experience. She obtained her degree as a Teacher in Comprehensive Education from the Instituto Universitario Pedag\u00f3gico Monse\u00f1or Rafael Arias Blanco in Venezuela. In addition, she is a DELE Examiner for levels A1-A2 and holds a Master\u2019s degree in Spanish as a Foreign Language.<\/p>\n

Gheily has been dedicated to teaching Spanish for about 6 years, delivering both general Spanish courses and DELE exam preparation from level A1 to C1 for adults, as well as CCSE. She has experience applying linguistic immersion programs, mother tongue teaching, and language camps with children and teenagers. Additionally, she has worked as a Spanish teacher in the International Baccalaureate with the Language Acquisition program in MYP.<\/p>\n

Working in countries such as Venezuela, Australia, Dubai, and Spain has allowed her to develop multicultural skills in the educational field, providing her students with a comprehensive education and incorporating activities involving art, music, and cinema into her sessions.<\/p>\n

Born in Spain, Berta Ruiz-Alejos is a creative educator with a strong artistic background and international experience. She graduated in Fine Arts with a specialization in Creation and Design from the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU) and also completed a Master\u2019s degree in Art Education. Later, she earned a Master\u2019s degree in Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) from the University of Cantabria.<\/p>\n

Berta has worked in various fields related to art, education, and cultural creation. She served as an art teacher at Amadeus Aula Creativa (Logro\u00f1o) and has developed projects in photography, graphic design, and ceramics at cultural centers and companies such as Cooltour (Italy) and Sutan (Bilbao). Her experience as a Spanish teacher has allowed her to merge the world of education with artistic creation and design, bringing an innovative and multidisciplinary approach.<\/p>\n

Living and working in countries such as France, Italy, and China has given her a strong intercultural awareness in her teaching practice, fostering participation and individual expression.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, imparte sesiones para adultos en distintos niveles y disfruta dise\u00f1ando materiales y din\u00e1micas para sus estudiantes.<\/p>\n

His career includes collaborations with various NGOs, such as Aldeas Infantiles, Proyecto Hombre, and Taller de Solidaridad, among others, contributing to the development of initiatives that promote inclusion, support vulnerable communities, and ensure equitable access to technology and information.<\/p>\n

He currently leads a comprehensive Digital Marketing consultancy project aimed at women entrepreneurs, helping them strengthen their businesses through effective client acquisition strategies, digitalization, and sustainable growth.<\/p>\n
